How is everything going with you ?We are going to Beijing next week, but I am sorry to say I can’t make it. So, I am writing to express my heartfelt apology to you.
How I wish I could go there with you. However ,I am chosen to take part in the CCTV English contest the day, which ,you know, is really significant to me, in that I do need improve my English and communicating ability; as a result, I have no choice but to break my promise with you. I am sure that if you were me, you would make the same choice.
Hopefully, you would accept my apology and understand my situation. By the way, will you be available on June the 15th? If you are, we can go there together then. Please drop me a line or send a text message to let me know your decision soon. I am sincerely looking forward to your reply.
